Products & Services

BloomLine Designs specializes in customized, personalized, and made-to-order products.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors, materials, dimensions, finishes, and other characteristics may vary slightly due to screen displays, material variations, and custom fabrication processes.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, materials, colors, designs, or services at any time.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalization information when placing an order.

Depending on the product, this may include names, wording, dates, business information, social media handles, URLs, logos, graphics, colors, dimensions, QR destinations, NFC destinations, or other information necessary to complete the order.

Custom orders are subject to our Custom Orders & Design Approval guidelines.

Design Proofs & Approval

When a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approval.

Approval indicates acceptance of the design and confirmation that the information shown is correct.

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

BloomLine Designs is not responsible for errors that were supplied or approved by the customer. If we produce an item that differs from the approved design due to an error on our part, we will work with the customer to correct the issue.

Pricing & Order Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice.

If a customer requests changes to a custom order before production begins, minor adjustments may be accommodated without additional charge.

Changes that substantially alter the design, dimensions, materials, quantity, complexity, or scope of an order may result in an additional charge. Any applicable price adjustment will be communicated before the revised work proceeds.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, material availability, inappropriate or unlawful requested content, technical limitations, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order that has been paid and the cancellation is not due to a customer violation of these terms, any applicable amount paid for the canceled portion will be refunded.

Payments

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available through our online store. BloomLine Designs does not directly control the processing times, security procedures, or policies of third-party payment providers.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed where required during checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because BloomLine Designs products are customized, personalized, or made to order, all sales are generally final.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, and order errors are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing times, shipping procedures, tracking, incorrect addresses, carrier delays, damaged shipments, and related matters are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Carrier transit times are separate from our production times, and delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates unless otherwise stated.

QR Code & NFC Products

Some BloomLine Designs products may incorporate QR codes or NFC technology.

Customers are responsible for supplying and approving the correct destination information associated with these products.

BloomLine Designs does not control third-party websites, social media platforms, applications, services, device manufacturers, or operating systems and cannot guarantee their continued availability or compatibility.

Customer-Supplied Content

By providing BloomLine Designs with photographs, logos, graphics, trademarks, artwork, wording, or other content for use in a custom product, you represent that you have the right or permission necessary for us to use that material to fulfill your order.

You authorize BloomLine Designs to reproduce or otherwise use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to create your requested product.

We reserve the right to decline content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or the rights of another person or business.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, BloomLine Designs' original designs, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, website content, product concepts, and other original creative materials remain the property of BloomLine Designs and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, resold, or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Customer-owned logos, trademarks, artwork, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Product Photography

Product photographs and other images on our website are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Some photographs may contain props, staging, backgrounds, or digitally created lifestyle settings for presentation purposes. Unless expressly stated in the product listing, decorative props or accessories shown in photographs are not included with the product.
