How Custom Orders Work
1. Tell Us Your Idea
Start by telling us what you'd like to create.
Share as much—or as little—as you have. A description, inspiration photo, rough sketch, logo, preferred colors, approximate dimensions, or even just an idea is enough to start the conversation.
2. We'll Work Through the Details
We'll review your idea and talk through what's possible.
Depending on your project, we'll work with you to determine things like size, materials, colors, functionality, personalization, and other design details.
If there are different ways we can accomplish what you're looking for, we'll help you determine which option makes the most sense.
3. We'll Create Your Design
Once we've worked out the details, we'll create your design.
For projects requiring design approval, you'll receive a digital proof so you can see the proposed design before we begin production.
4. You Review & Approve
Take a good look!
You'll have the opportunity to review your proof and make sure names, spelling, business information, colors, layout, links, QR destinations, and other custom details are correct.
Small adjustments can be made before final approval when needed.
5. We Bring It to Life
Once your design is approved, it's time for us to create it.
Depending on the project, that may involve laser cutting, engraving, full-color UV printing, 3D printing, assembly, hand finishing—or a combination of several processes.
Every order is carefully inspected before it heads your way!
Have a Logo? Send It Our Way.
If your project includes your business logo or other artwork, send us the highest-quality version you have.
Vector files such as SVG, EPS, or PDF are preferred when available, but don't worry if you aren't sure what type of file you have.
Send us what you've got, and we'll take a look.
Not Sure Exactly What You Need?
That's okay too.
You don't need to come to us with a finished design.
You can simply tell us:
"I need something at my front desk that helps customers leave Google reviews."
"I need signage for my wedding, but I'm not sure what style I want."
"I have this awkward space and need a sign that will fit here."
"I saw something similar to this, but I'd like it in my business colors."
"I have my logo and an idea, but I'm not sure what material would work best."

Custom Pricing
Because custom projects can vary in size, materials, complexity, quantity, and design requirements, pricing will depend on the individual project.
We'll discuss applicable pricing with you before moving forward with your custom order.
Minor design adjustments generally do not result in additional design fees. However, significant changes to the size, materials, complexity, or scope of a project may affect the final price.
