Product & Handmade Disclaimer

At BloomLine Designs, our products are individually created, customized, and finished with care. Because many of our items are made using processes such as laser cutting, engraving, printing, assembly, and other custom fabrication methods, slight variations may occur from one finished product to another.

These small differences are a natural part of creating custom products and help make each piece unique.

Handmade & Custom-Made Variations

While we strive for consistency and high-quality workmanship, minor variations may occur in:

  • Color and shade

  • Texture and surface appearance

  • Engraving depth or appearance

  • Printed color or placement

  • Dimensions and alignment

  • Material thickness

  • Pattern or grain

  • Assembly and finishing

Minor variations that do not affect the intended use or overall quality of the product are not considered defects.

Acrylic Products

Acrylic materials may naturally contain slight variations in color, finish, thickness, or appearance between sheets and manufacturing batches.

Depending on the type of acrylic and fabrication process used, finished pieces may also show subtle characteristics associated with laser cutting or engraving.

These characteristics are normal and do not generally affect the function or quality of the finished product.

Wood & Natural Materials

When natural materials such as wood are used, variations in grain, knots, color, texture, and engraving appearance should be expected.

Because no two pieces of natural material are identical, your finished product may vary slightly from product photographs or design samples.

These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

3D-Printed Components

Some BloomLine Designs products may include 3D-printed components.

Due to the nature of the 3D-printing process, subtle layer lines, seams, surface texture, or small variations may be visible. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects when they do not affect the function or overall quality of the item.

Engraved & Laser-Cut Products

Laser-cut and engraved products may show minor variations in engraving depth, coloration, edge appearance, or finish depending on the material.

Slight discoloration or other subtle characteristics associated with the laser process may occasionally be present and are not considered defects when they are consistent with normal laser fabrication.

Colors & Screen Displays

We make every reasonable effort to represent product colors accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, material type, and manufacturing batch.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product.

Product Photography & Lifestyle Images

Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our products. Some images may include styling, props, backgrounds, staging, or digitally created lifestyle settings for presentation purposes.

Unless specifically stated in the product listing, props and decorative items shown in product photographs are not included with purchase.

Product Dimensions

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate product measurements.

Because products are individually fabricated and assembled, slight dimensional variations may occur. Measurements listed on our website should be considered approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.

If exact dimensions are important for your intended use, please contact BloomLine Designs before placing your order.

Material Availability

Occasionally, a particular material, color, finish, or component may become unavailable or be discontinued by a supplier.

If a material necessary for your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you before making a significant substitution. When appropriate, we may offer an alternative material or color for your approval.

We will not intentionally make a significant change to the appearance of your custom design without communicating with you first.

Quality Standards

Handmade and custom-made does not mean we compromise on quality.

Every BloomLine Designs order is created with care and inspected before shipment. Minor characteristics inherent to the materials or manufacturing process are different from damage, defects, or workmanship issues.

If you believe your product has a genuine defect or was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 5–7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
